FAQs

All my funds were drained, can you help me?

If you still have funds or assets that are locked, staked or as NFTs that were not swept from the account, we can help. We can’t recover assets that are no longer under control of your keys.

What chains and networks do you support?

We can rescue funds from EVM compatible chains.

What is the minimum amount that can be rescued?

There is no minimum $ amount, but for every rescue effort we do charge $500 (USD) + 10% of the market value of rescued assets at time of rescue.

What is the turnaround time for a rescue?

After applying for a rescue, you can expect a reply from us within 48 hours. Typical cases can take between 1-3 days after first correspondence.

Where do the fees go?

We charge a minimum of $500 USD-equivalent to cover gas fees and front-running costs during the rescue mission. The additional 10% (of the value of rescued assets) is divided 50/50 - 5% to cover administrative costs and 5% donated to the Giveth Matching Pool to fund impact projects.

What information will I need to provide in order for you to help?

You’ll need to share your private key for the hacked account, and will need to provide proof that you’re the original owner. You’ll also need to send the $500 initial fee which covers the transaction cost and development time.

Is this safe to use?

Yes! Built by members of the White Hat Group, Giveth and General Magic, our rescue team has successfully recovered over $2 million USD in assets in this matter and well over $200 million in various other exploits.

Is a rescue guaranteed?

No. While we have successfully rescued over $2 million across multiple users, there is still no guarantee.
